Refund and Returns Policy

At Trackers365, we are committed to providing high-quality GPS trackers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and simple return and refund process, in line with UK consumer protection laws.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, but we understand that it may not be in the original packaging. Visibly damaged items will not be accepted for a return.
  • If the item is faulty, we will offer a refund or replacement.
  • We do not accept returns on items outside of the 30-day return window, or if the item has been damaged (e.g., cracked casing).

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return, please fill out our Returns Request Form.
  • If required, we can find your purchase details using the purchase name and address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label for you to use.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • We offer refunds or exchanges for faulty products.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Faulty products include GPS trackers with issues related to tracking functionality.
  • Please note, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for damages unrelated to the GPS tracking functionality (e.g., cracked casings).

5. Warranty

  • We offer a 12-month warranty for GPS tracking functionality.
  • The warranty does not cover physical damage (e.g., cracked casings, water damage).
  • Faulty trackers covered by the warranty will be eligible for a refund or replacement.

6. Processing Time

  • Once your returned item is received, please allow up to 14 days for processing your refund or exchange.

7. Items Not Accepted for Return

  • Items returned after the 30-day window or after the warranty period has expired will not be accepted.
  • Items that are visibly damaged and not due to a fault in the GPS tracking functionality will not be refunded.

8. Notification of Return Receipt

  • You will be notified once we have received and processed your return.

9. Exchanging Products

  • We do not offer exchanges for different models or products. If you wish to return an item, you can either request a refund or a replacement for a faulty product.
